hardcover. Condition: Acceptable. Whitman Publishing Company January 1942 Left side of spine eaten away. Chunk of back cover left side missing. Bumping to corners. Staining to fore edge and a bit of tail edge. Pages tanned but clean and secure.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. This offering is a vintage book in a classic series . . . particularly for collectors. Chief Wahoo and the Lost Pioneers (book number 1432) was written by Allen Saunders and Elmer Waggon "Based on the Famous Comic Strip - illustrated with black-and white drawings throughout and was published by Whitman Publishing Company in 1940; 1942. AN ADDED FEATURE: "See 'em, Move - Just flip the pages with your thumb." It appears to be a First Edition First Printing book in Whitman's Big Little Book series though it's not specifically stated as such. It is 3 5/8" by 4 1/2" and has 428 pages with "hard cover" boards and black-and-white illustrations throughout. It is in good + condition . . . despite all of the years that it's been in existence.
