Primary text section (pages 29-172) features a catalogue of Maryland silver in the collection of the Baltimore Museum of Art with in which Jennifer Faulds Goldsborough reviews 207 pieces by sixty Maryland silversmiths/firms with most examples having a biography of the craftsman/craftsmen and a close-up image of their respective hallmark. Remains a major reference regarding regional silver production. This hardcover edition comprised the minority portion of the book's printing.
