Good to very good condition with some wear to the lower corner of the front cover, edge rubbing, good hinges, sound text block, lightly age-toned endpapers, clean pages, name and 1922 date on front free endpaper along with a three cent Canadian stamp, no other markings. Heavy wear to spine-ends with chips/1cm losses, wear through tom card at corners tips. Cracking to outer hinges which are holding well - book looks to have been refurbished at some stage. Text is very clean & sound & binding is strong.…
