Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Simon, Michael (illustrator). 132 pages, with an oblong format. Volume itself has light gray covers with a color pictoral label of a fish going after a fly. On the back cover there is evidently two places where stickers were removed. Some corner and edge wear, book itself has no apparent underlining, no highlighting, no bookplates, no owner names, not ex-libris, no remainder marks. A very nice copy of a rather scarce work.

Covers are a bit soiled and worn, with fading along the edges. A few of the first page corners are bent, but otherwise the contents are tight and clean. Beautifully illustrated with color and black and white drawings by Michael Simon. Forward by Nathaniel Pryor Reed. The book is divided into three parts: The World of Yellowstone Fishes, Yellowstone Fishes Described, and Yellowstone Fishes in the Mind of Man. It also includes a checklist of waters and a bibliography of references. ; Oblong 8 3/4" tall by 11 1/4" long.
