Hardcover. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. First Edition. A working copy. The blue/grey cloth covered boards are extremely worn and bumped. Cloth cover on rear hinge is split in several places and has been repaired with archival tape. Previous owner's name and date on front free end paper but binding holding and apart from a little sporadic foxing, the contents are clean. C00002750.
