Softcover. Condition: Very Good. First edition. 12mo. 99, [1] errata pp. Publisher's quarter canvas and printed buff wrappers. Modest corner chips on the wrappers, some foxing, very good. Wrapper advertises the book in both wrappers and cloth. Presumably the wrappered issue is very scarce. *OCLC* locates seven copies (over three records) with no reference to the binding type, all but one in the U.K.
