Leather bound. Condition: Fair. First Edition. Octavo. iii-xvi, pages 17-662 pages. Brown sheepskin leather binding with stamped borders and title label on the spine. Leather is dry, cracked, chipped head and base of the spine, rubbed and worn. Outer joints cracked and covers nearly detached. Raised bumps and part of an old red wax seal on the title page. Bottom text block corner stain. Moderate toning to the contents. Front end sheets and rear end sheets torn out. Contents include several Slave laws. Poor to fair condition. Derenne vol. 1 page 382.
