Letter of the Secretary of the Navy Bound in brown cloth covered, deeply embossed, boards. Binding is square, and solid. Corners are bumped, covers ar spotted front and rear, spine is pretty clean, worn at the top, with one very short tear, and a second one a quarter inch long. Interior first fep has signature of previous owner "Geo. Spafford", with neat green stamp beneath, of full name. Text is foxed throughout. Good quality paper!!
