Signed by the artist in black ink at back flap of envelope. Folded poster by Tatomir Toroman that can be read as a political artists' book, with the content organized into four main panels on each side of the folded sheet. The texts are derived from cut-up printed material, some of which has been paired with imagery. The small accompanying leaflet appears to be an enigmatic call-for-entries invitation for an art project titled 'SCANDAL? documentation to all, all free,' with a submission deadline of August 31.
