Book is bound in dark blue cloth over boards with gold lettering on the spine. Binding is nice tight. Corners are square. SIGNED AND INSCRIBED BY TILP on the title page. Also included is a signed note to the recipient he gifted this copy to with Tilps' letterhead as well as an issue of Chesapeake Bay Magazine (April 1986) in which Tilp wrote an article (also with its' own signed letter). Pages are crisp, clean, and bright. Photographs printed in black and white. No date on title page. Copyright page is dated 1978. Stated first edition. 358 pages. A very nice copy.
