First edition, ND, but late 1920s with publisher's correction slip attached to page 354 mentioning the 1929 Austin Seven. Five volumes in fairly uniform condition with previous owner's neat ex-libris stickers on front pastedowns. Maroon buckram with gilt and numerous b/w illustrations. Vols II, III, IV and V have coloured fold-out, cutaway diagrams at rear, 1866pp in total, inc index in Vol V. Vols have just light shelfwear and bumping to extrems, but are internally very clean and tight. Fold-out, cutaway of six-cylider Mercedes in Vol V has light damage but is complete. No DJs.
