Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Possibly a first edition-- the rear of the jacket lists the 1925 "Bob Dexter" books but not the next one, published in 1930. This VG-/G+ book has a slight lean, slight bottom edge wear, bumped head and heel of the spine with no fabric tears; over all light general wear and soiling, with a 1-1/2" x 1/2" dark stain on the rear board. The book is free of writing, stray marks, stains and damaged pages. Pages are toned but still quite flexible and both hinges are strong. The jacket has a very faded spine, minor chips at the corners and at the head and heel of the spine; the backside of the front panel has two parallel streaks of red, as though it had been water damaged, but neither the jacket nor the book have signs of such damage.
