Cloth. Condition: Good. Not Stated (illustrator). An illustrated children's work, by Thomas Miller. Undated, dated from Copac. This work is aimed at children, with the language fairly simple. To the preface, Miller notes that as a child he wished there were not so many hard long words in books he had to read. This work deals with many country matters and educates the reader through this tale, from Spring to Autumn. In original cloth binding with pictorial front board. Externally, bumped to the head and tail of spine as well as to the extremities. Small loss to the head of spine due to bumping. Patches of rubbing to the joints and to the extremities. Front hinge is strained but firm. Binder's label to the rear pastedown, W Bone and Son. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright. Scattered spots to pages, heavier to the first and last few pages. Good. book.
