Publisher's quarter red cloth over illustrated paper covered boards, gilt lettering to the spine. Clear, removable, archival quality protective sleeve fitted to the illustrated dust-jacket. Octavo, pp. [1-6] 7-70 [80], illustrated throughout. Erratum slip loosely laid in. A book in Fine condition, in a Good, price-clipped dust-jacket with closed tears to the rear panel and spine.
