Add to basketPrinted wrappers. Condition: Very Good+. 8vo. Pp. 42. Printed wraps, side sewn. Spine chips, edges lightly age toned, soft vertical crease. "An act in relation to roads, ferries, bridges, and travel on public highways." Clarence Bagley, son of Daniel, was Territorial Printer for ten years in addition to multiple pursuits such as… newspaper owner, revenue collector and historian. While not especially early for a territorial imprint, this title is rarely encountered. Preceded in its content by only one similar title, published 1874. Rare. Preserved in a clear archival sleeve with acid-free backing.
