Hard Cover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. First Edition. A clean, tight copy of this handsome book. The jacket is faded and slightly chipped, but unclipped. This copy has the bookplate of Lloyd Emerson Siberell, who was a major bibliographer of John Cowper Powys, on the front free endpaper. The bookplate has the look of an original woodcut in two colors, and was designed by Mathias Noheimer of Cincinnati, who was to illustrate Llewelyn Powys's A Baker's Dozen for Hal Trovillion's edition. This book also has the sticker of McClelland's bookstore of Columbus Ohio on the front pastedown. There is some rubbing to the bottom of the boards.
