Paperback. Condition: Fine. First Edition. Signed limited edition #57/100. Oblong octavo (23 x 31.5 cm), pp. 82. Illustrated wraps. A collection of photographs from backstage before and during the Rolling Stones concert at San Francisco's Candlestick Park on Oct. 17, 1981. The images focus on the crowd, with band members (mostly Mick and Keith) often in the foreground, but not really the subject of the photos. Includes Swanson's ruminations on the event and crowds in general. A rare documentation of the stadium concert phenomenon -- this U.S. for the Stones, promoting their album Tattoo You, was the largest grossing tour of the year.
