Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Very Good+. Remarkable condition for its age. White cloth boards with bright gilt, silver, and pink decorative wreath illustrations on the front board and spine. Significant toning on the spine with some fraying at the head and foot. Soiling and stains on the front board but the decorative illustration glows and is amazingly crisp and bright. The gilt page edges are in perfect gleaming condition. Inside the pages are bright and smooth. There is an inscription from 1895 in pencil on the endpaper. Otherwise there are no markings. Binding is sound. Beautiful delicate illustrations fill this lovely book!
