Joachim Stutshevski was a composer, performer and researcher of Jewish music. He wrote extensively on klezmer and other Jewish musical topics. A thorough entry on him is in the German Wikipedia. Umfangreiches Biografie Stutschewskys siehe Wikipedia. He studied music in Leipzig, Jena, and Zurich, lived in Vienna from 1924 to 1938 and immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1938.
