With an eight-page preface by Andre Gide. 16mo. Printed wrappers. 189, [3] pp. In original publisher's printed white wraps with the Crosby (sun target?) symbol on cover. Wraps very lightly toned with faint unobjectionable marks to rear. In later loose acetate protective jacket. The first publication in English in France (following the UK edition) by Caresse Crosby's Black Sun Press. An attractive very good condition edition of the great French aviator's second novel.
