Hard cover, tan boards, Light wear to boards, corners, edges and spine ends rubbed, tiny bumps at the tips. Page edges soiled, but contents clean and unmarked. No tears, chips or creases. "Thomas Stone" is one of many pseudonyms used by Florence Stoneb…raker, a California author of over 80 novels. The book states that the copyright for this book is held by Phoenix Press (who published her other hard cover books), so I assume this is a reprint. Many of her books were paperbacks with sensational (sexy) covers. There is a brief plot description printed at the front of this novel: "Madelon, 'Internationally Known Psychic,' was the way the club El Rico billed its fortune teller. Only the lady's boss, Nick Ryan, and a few others realized that Madelon, was the same Maida Dillon who had danced in the club's floor show. They took it for granted that she was Nick's mistress.".
