Good condition, somewhat worn. An examination of German-Polish relations, completed shortly before the Nazi's coming to power. The dissertation was considered by the German Foreign Office… as supportive of Germany's position vis a vis Poland, and they asked permission to publish it with slight changes, but Stone refused his cooperation. In any event, they probably did not realize Stone was Jewish.
