Spine is sunned; edges at head and tail of spine are split and fraying and adjacent board panel edges are rubbed. Board panels are soiled, more so around edges likely from handling. Back board panel has scuffs and several darker stains. Rub throughs on fore-edge corners and adjacent edges. Front inside gutter is cracked but holding. Quire with pp. 87-98 is loose. Text pages are age-toned else clean and with very little foxing. Text block is sound except for loose quire mentioned previously. In protective mylar.
