THERE IS A TEAR BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE FRONT COVER AND SPINE LEAVING THE FRONT LOOSELY ATTACHED. THE SPINE IS HEAVILY WORN AND CREASED WITH TEARS AT BOTH ENDS WHICH HAS PARTIALLY EXPOSED THE BINDING. THE HINGE IS CRACKED BETWEEN PAGES 64 & 65, HOWEVER THE BINDING REMAINS FIRM. THERE IS FOXING INSIDE BOOK. THE PAGES ARE LIGHTLY TANNED, THOUGH PAGES GENERALLY APPEAR CLEAN AND CREASE FREE. ALL IN ALL A NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS BOOK.
