Rhodes, one of the Brauntons and one of Mary C. Hutton, rear hinge just starting to split near the top, else very good to near fine with no internal markings and all illustrations in fine condition. Robert Benjamin Stacy-Judd [b. 1884] was a British architect, who was also an amateur archeologist, explorer and author. He was particularly interested in the Aztecs and the Mayas. He constructed several buildings in Southern California with Mayan themes, including the Aztec (sic!) Hotel in Monrovia, California. [see LA Times article March 25, 2001, a copy of which is laid in this book].
