Leather bound hardback, it is ESTC T130846 complete but bound in a slightly different order to the ESTC record. The contemporary full panelled calf binding is sound, there is a repair to the leather on the rear board. The frontispiece and title leaf are partially detached. There is some light browning to the text. The last third of the book has a stain and some worm trails in the bottom margin which gets larger towards the end with progressive losses from page 229 onwards. Frontispiece +[14] + ccx + [12] + [2] + 317 + [9].
