Vintage flyer advertising two performances by The Butt Boys: one on Saturday, April 15, 1989, at The Black Box in Phoenix, and one on Saturday, April 22, 1989, at The Crystal Pistol in San Francisco. Spain Rodriguez was one of the foremost underground cartoonists of the late 1960s and 1970s, alongside Robert Crumb, Gilbert Shelton, S. Clay Wilson, and Victor Moscoso, among others. Performance art group The Butt Boys are best remembered for their circa 1990 performance "The History of Pork," described as "a comic romp through the evolution of pork and man," and as a "hard-boiled, urban-macho, bad-ass tale of The Three Little Pigs." 8.5 x 11 inches.
