Text, with a number of sub-headlines, describes the soap and the advertising plan, rebates offered to subscribing grocers; verso, headed "Please consider this Circular as Confidential to you," prints the agreement with the French producer, giving Bell Mfg. "the exclusive right to manufacture Laundry Soap from [the Michaud Fils Freres] formulas," and further information about the advertising plan. This company not represented in Romaine.
