Calumet issued the edition with one fixed cover illustration, signed in the art with the monogram "NPS," and a rotating inset photograph of a different bandleader on each printing to promote both the song and the orchestra; this copy carries the portrait of musical conductor Harry Kogen (other printings are known with Eddie Duchin, Charles Gaylord, and Shep Fields).
