Weak binding, reinforced with archival tissue. Stiff cardboard covers. Edgeworn. Dime size stain on front cover, rubbed & stained rear cover. Marian Florence Colburn…book from her beath in 1907 to her 1923 death. About half the pages are neatly filled out by the mother. Penultimate entry by the father, dated Sept 9, 1912. Last entry, by mother, reads "Marion F Colburn died August 6, 1923". A very early Smith work. VG softcover book. Title page in 2 colors, orange framed black. Smith, Jesse Willcox (illustrator).
