One of the most important issues dealt with in this session was the changing of the border between Kentucky and Tennessee. This appears in an act to ârepeal all laws passed by this State relative to the Southern Boundary Lineâ (pp. 437-438) and a series of resolutions ârelative to the Boundary Line between this State and the State of Tennesseeâ (pp. 576-579).
