Condition: Fair. 1924. First Published. 213 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth. Black and white photographic plates throughout. Slight cracking to gutters causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Pages and plates have light tanning and foxing throughout. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Staining to spine. Scratches to rear board.

Apparently quite scarce. An interesting work for historians of science as figs. inc. a number of plans etc. of scientific laboratories in USA and Germany plus some photos. Far from pristine but quite acceptable.
