Black and white illustrations throughout. Severe cracking to hinges causing boards to be loose. Pages and illustrations are lightly tanned throughout. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Light tanning to spine and edges. Tears to spine.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. First Edition. No dust jacket. Ex Libris with all the usual attributes. Dust jacket pasted to end pages. Cover has some scuffing and light soiling. Slight spine lean. A few spots and marks here and there. Very Good condition.

Hard Cover. First Edition. Very good in a good to very good dust jacket. Spine slant red topstain is spotted; Bookplate on front endpaper. The jacket has some dampstains near the bottom of the spine and at edges (not really noticeable on the book). There are also chips at spine ends, flap folds, and corners, and a small triangular chip in the middle of the spine obscuring part of the author's first name. A "biographical narrative" by the daughter of a Texas wildcatter.
