Sheet Music. Condition: Good+. Good sheet music. Minor wear and small tearing to edges and corners of covers and spine. Front cover is lightly stained and scuffed. Previous owner wrote their name on the left side of the front cover. One small pencil mark on page 4 in the margin. Sheet music is now protected in an acid-free bag with a board to prevent further creasing and damage. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 5 pages.

No Binding. Condition: Very Good. A VGF or better 5 1/8" x 8 1/8" card that contains scenes from the film on the front along with film credits, synopsis and a behind the scenes story on the reverse side. These cards were part of a subscription series from Images et Loisirs. They were never available as a retail set; the only way to acquire the cards was through subscription with the company. Printed in France, the English version of these cards are extremely scarce. The French version (know as Mr. Cinema) are also highly collectible. Book.

Paperback. Condition: Very Good. Horizontal 8 x 10" scene from "Transatlantic Merry-Go-Round", minor creases, margins a bit yellowed. Acquired at the Shubert "Idiot's Delight" Sat Nov 21 1936. Silvers appeared in films such as "The Show of Shows", "Sand Street" and was a screenwriter on "Born to Dance" and "Broadway Melody of 1936".

With notations in the upper margin: "Nov. 12, 1937, Fri., 1937 - Hollywood Blvd." Boldly signed and inscribed: "To Mary from Sid Silvers". Signed by Author(s).

Vintage double weight matte finish reference photograph from the 1936 film, showing James Stewart and Eleanor Powell watching in the foreground as a couple dances on stage with an orchestra to the left. A followup to Powell's successful film debut, "Broadway Melody of 1936," with a score by Cole Porter, about a young dancer who falls in love with a handsome sailor on shore leave. 10 x 8 inches.
