Condition: Good. large 8vo. 12 consecutive issues between November 1873 to May 1874 in publishers supplied binding issues bound without original wraps but with contents page for each of the 6 months. Includes articles about the southern States of America (USA) and also the first publication in English of The Mysterious Island by Jules Verne, (chapters 1 to 12). light browning, sporadic foxing, good plus, in original green cloth boards with original green cloth gilt spine gilt rebacked in 2022 m, boards rubbed, gilt slightly dulled, now a sound binding, very good minus overall. This book weighs over 2kg and extra shipping may be quoted (i.r.o. extra £4.00 for mainland UK) Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
