Softbound. Condition: Very Good. Royal octavo, stiff card covers under dust jacket, 29 pp. Foreword by Schmulowitz. One of 260 copies printed. Schmulowitz found this text to be vitally relevant to the time. It involved two court cases against William Penn where his Quakerism prevented him from signing the loyalty oath of his time, a statement of allegiance to the state church.
