A comprehensive book with good photographs of the work of these two Danish ceramic artists. Kongstrand (1872-1951) was a successful hardware dealer with a great interest in ceramics. As a selftaught potter, he opened a ceramic workshop in 1907 to try out his ideas about ceramic production. His nephew Pedersen (1890-1956) was employed and trained by the many professional potters employed there. They began to work together at Kongstrands Pottery, with Kongstrand supplying vision and creativity and Pedersen as the hard working Potter. Marks included., Danish, Year2002, Illust. B/W12, Illust.
