Als Präsident des preußischen Appellationsgerichts in Frankfurt (Oder) an den Auskultator Wedel zu Lübbenau, der angewiesen wird, sich aufgrund seiner Bestellung zum Auskultator beim Kreisgerichtsdirektor von Beerfeld…e zu Lübbenau zu melden. - Scheller nahm 1814 an den Befreiungskriegen teil, durchlief danach eine juristische Karriere und wurde 1848 in die Frankfurter Nationalversammlung gewählt, wo er der Fraktion Casino angehörte und u.a. in einem Untersuchungsausschuss gegen Robert Blum mitarbeitete.
