Illustrated throughout with black and white headpiece drawings by Patricia Ayearst. Green cloth with black letters on the spine and with a vignette in black on the front cover of three stylized Viking ships sailing on the water. Rear turn-in of the dust jacket has a black and white photo of Louise Schaff. Jacket design by John Kaufmann.
