The link from Mosley to Colin Jordan and John Tyndall, and thence to the National Front and the British National Party which now also targeted immigrants from Africa, Asia and the Caribbean can be inferred. As Morris Beckman explains, on street corners his fascist speakers would violently condemn Jews. Enter the 43 Group, a ferocious bloody and brilliantly covert five-year campaign that destroyed the Mosleyites. The Group was almost entirely made up of British servicemen, many Jewish, and the original 43 members quickly swelling to over 300. Thousands of fascist meetings and rallies were sent packing. The Group was organised in wedges of a dozen or so who attended a rally and at a given signal would storm the speaker's platform. The discipline of a military background, combined with spies within the fascist ranks, was brutally effective in closing down two-thirds of all fascist anti-semitic activity in the UK.
