The Leas hang over the full width of the view which is dominated by Cliffe Cottage. A couple of small dwellings in Radnor Cliff can be seen, otherwise a completely undeveloped landscape.

The escarpment, behind showing a few houses up Military Hill with Martello no. 6 in full view behind the land of the Enbrook estate. The white weather-boarded cottages at the foot of Sandgate Hill are glimpsed, as is the Episcopal Chapel built by the Earl of Darnley in 1822 which was replaced by St. Paul's in 1846.
