Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Very Good. Leiden, Chez Pierre de Hondt, 1737 / 1740. 216 pp + 36 engravings & extensively illustrated with fold-out engravings. Two works bound in one volume, its spine adorned with the monogram of the french bibliophile Jean-Baptiste Guyon de la Sardiere, it also bears his signature on the title page of both titles. The leather on the joints is split, yet the binding itself remains remarkably firm. The plates are in excellent condition. A majority have shadows next to them. Very sparse foxing. A good copy. The Book Cellar & Henschel.
