Ihering sa snazi dokazat, ze kazdy clovek je v boji za vlastne pravo sucasne bojovnikom za pravo v zaujme spolocnosti. Boj za pravo je apel na pravne citenie, ma pomoct cloveku uvedomit si vlastne postavenie nositela subjektivnych prav pri obrane svojich legitimnych zaujmov v rovine vymahania prava. Dielko je napisane jasnym a pristupnym jazykom a stylom, je adresovane nielen odbornej pravnickej verejnosti a po prvy raz vychadza v slovenskom preklade.…
