Longue lettre dans laquelle il refuse de renouveler la subvention de 6000 francs à laquelle était habitué Ville mais qui lui assure toutefois une subvention de 4000 francs. Rouher fait différentes remarques sur l'évolution de la situation de Ville qui ne justifie pas de continuer la subvention au même niveau. Intéressant document. [92-4].
