The paper is Lenox 100 and the type is Garamond, set on the Linotype by Kent LeFebvre of Signs Plus in Holyoke, Mass. The binding was executed by James DiMarcantonio of the Hope Bindery in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. All the printing of type and images was completed by John Ross in the high Tide printshop in East Hampton, New York John Ross is widely recognized as one of the most famous artists using collagraph printing technique as an expressive medium.
