Worldcat locates 6 copies -- most incomplete, or just mircofiche, as well as incorrect dates for Rosenfeld (FIT NY (10 vols), St. Louis Pub. (incomplete), U of Chicago (13 vols.), Northern Illinois, LACMA, DLC, Thomas Jefferson Univ.).
