    [20p] includes covers, 8.5x11 inches, photos, memorials, cast. crew, song lyrics, personal inscription signed but difficult to make out, very good souvenir program in stapled pictorial wraps. Program for the memorial for the stand-up comic and rock singer/songwriter who co-wrote "Don't Touch Me There" for The Tubes and performed with them. She died in October 1986 in a helicopter crash while working as a traffic reporter for WNBC in New York. Attendees ranged from Tom Ammiano to Jerry Garcia, Robin Williams, and Todd Rundgren.
