His experience on the road with the motorcycle club, Road Vultures M.C., provided inspiration for his work and politics. He received the 2013 Will Eisner Hall of Fame Award in 2013. The book 'Che: A Graphic Biography', edited by Paul Buhle, was published by Verso in 2008. Inscribed by the artist: ''To Daniel del Solar' Spain '08'. First edition (first printing). Very good copy. 2.5 inch closed tear at bottom margin not reaching the poster color.
