It includes appetizers, soups, shellfish, lunch and buffet dishes, fowl, game, meat, chicken beef, lamb, organ meat, park, veal, vegetables, sauces, salads, dressings and desserts. Recipes include Easter lilies, lamb loaf, tongue and chicken timbales, salmon souffle, eggplant and tomatoes, shortbread shells, peach catsup and brown sugar squares. The cook book is indexed.
