Strong whose career lasted for over 50 years, mostly uncredited and background roles, appeared in numerous movies and TV shows. His feature film work include Force of Evil (1948), Myste…ry Street (1950) A Star Is Born (1954) Around the World in 80 Days (1956l , Raintree County (1957, The Buccaneer (1958, North By Northwest (1959, Finian's Rainbow (1968, The Way We Were (1973, The Towering Inferno (1974, ), The Hindenburg (1975, nd The Karate Kid (1984,) He had bit parts in 2 Star Trek episodes playing an Ekosian SA guest in the Star Trek: The Original Series second season episode "Patterns of Force" and a Romulan guard in the third season episode "The Enterprise Incident". As a background performer, he was not credited for his roles. HOWEVER this book concerns his bit parts in films of 1938-1939. He notes the date, day of the week, Studio making the picture, his daily wage, the directors name, and other notations , including the names of a number of movies. all not so nearly recorded in Employee's Social Security Personal Record Book.
